GENERAL TERMS

1. I do not authorize use my artwork for AI related, scams, NFTs, cryptocurrency.
2. I do not authorize claim my artwork/commission as your own creation and modify or edit without my consent.
3. If you want to repost the commission in others social media, please give proper credit or tag me.
4. The commission is only for personal use. If the commission is for commercial use, this must be clarified before payment.
5. I will upload the completed commission in my main account ( for future reference ) but if you do not wish to do it, please notify me first.

COMMISSIONS PROGRESS

1. Work on the commission will only begin after full payment has been made.
2. The average delivery time is two or three weeks, However, the period can be extended further because the artist is a university student.
3. The customer will be informed of any progress, delay or problem. The artist also agrees to provide updates on the progress of the commission.
4. The Artist is not responsible for the future use of their commissioned work once it has been delivered to the Client.
5. If the client can, send all the references possible ( Pose, character sheet, pose, etc ).
6. Change in the commission can be made in the sketch or the coloring part, but not beyond that.

PAYMENT INFORMATIONS

12. The payment can only be made after the Artist and Client have mutually agreed to accept the commission.
13. Payments are only accepted in USD and can only be made via PayPal
14. For each character extra, the artist will charge an extra of 5$, This will also apply to a complex background, that will be charged of 2$.

REFUNDS

15. A commission will be rejected if it makes me uncomfortable or exceeds my ability. Although of course, this will occur long before payment.
16. The Client can request a full refund only Before the payment stage. in other cases, after the payment is done, the client can request a partial refund depending on the state of the commission.Ejm: Lineart stage 60% refund / Colored stage 40% refund / Shading stage 10% refund.
